All sessions are designed and instructed by Tony Giresi, and  are proven to help people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength, and relaxation.

Not ready for a group workout atmosphere, personal training sessions are also available.

What is Bootcamp?

 Each session incorporates many forms of activity such as cardio, core and strength training. All participants work at their own pace. First and formost you are taught proper form, ensuring increased stamina.....growing stronger and more balanced with each session. We know you have a busy schedule that's why we make it a "No Excuses" program....offered 3 days a week, Monday - Wednesday & Friday with 4 different time options, 6:30am or 9:30am or 4:45pm or again at 6:15pm. You can purchase monthly packages at 3 days a week, picking and choosing which time slot is most convenient any given day! Now there are NO EXCUSES!
